a) E pluribus unum es el lema de Estados Unidos, lo pueden ver en los dólares. Signica "a partir de muchos, uno" en latín. Es una referencia al federalismo, sin embargo en mis monitos mamilas cobra connotaciones irónicas.

b) En el centro aparece una criatura verde de muchas cabezas. Tal vez en eso la regué, pero según yo es muy famosa la criatura mitológica llamada "hidra", que precisamente tenía cabezas que como serpientes le salían del cuerpo.

c) Las cabezas son rostros conocidos por todos: george bush, barack obama, hilary clinton, y john mccain. Tal vez algún despistado podría no saber quién es mccain, pero incluso eso se me haría raro. ¿Por qué son estas persona de partidos políticos distintos una sola criatura de muchas cabezas?

d) La explicación está escrita en el cuerpo, sus políticas migratorias, internacionales, y de ciertos asuntos clave son realmente muy similares. La mayor diferencia quizá sea que mccain está en contra del proteccionismo gringo y a favor del libre comercio, mientras que hilary y obama han hecho campañas altamente proteccionistas. Sin embargo este dibujo mamila quiere acentuar las coincidencias de fondo, como cuando Kodos y Kang se nominaron para el partido demócrata y republicano en los Simpson.

e) Ya que el monstruo verde es la hidra, la estatua griega de la izquierda es Heracles, que como todos saben peleó contra la hidra. Esta parte sí esperaba que fuera oscura, el rostro de Heracles es Ralph Nader, que compite una vez más por la presidencia y que se atreve a decir herejías como que los inmigrantes deberían recibir amnistía y que el gasto militar debería invertirse en bienestar social.

The exploitativeness, sense of entitlement, lack of empathy, disregard for others, and constant need for attention inherent in NPD adversely affect interpersonal relationships.

Typically, as narcissism is an ingrained personality trait, rather than a chemical imbalance, medication and therapy are not very effective in treating the disorder. Schema Therapy, a form of therapy developed by Jeffrey E. Young that integrates several therapeutic approaches (psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral etc.), also offers an approach for the treatment of NPD. [12]

It is unusual for people to seek therapy for NPD. Subconscious fears of exposure or inadequacy are often met with defensive disdain of therapeutic processes [13], [


Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is isolating, disenfranchising, painful for those diagnosed with it and often those who are in a relationship with them. Distinctions need to be made among those who have NPD because not each and every person with NPD is the same. Even with similar core issues, the way in which one's individual narcissism manifests itself in his or her relationships varies.[citation needed]

To the extent that people are pathologically narcissistic, they can be controlling, blaming, self-absorbed, intolerant of others’ views, unaware of others' needs and of the effects of their behavior on others, and insistent that others see them as they wish to be seen.
